Meh, went trick-or-treating with my friends for Halloween (young enough to still go (kinda), but old enough to make people say '....aren't you too old for this?).Though the haul was terrible (I took a pillow case...and only filled a corner), we still managed to have fun. There's a house I live that is ALWAYS decorated for most of the major holidays. This year was so exception! I really wonder what their light bill must be...meh. Oh and a saw quite a few dogs dressed up in their cute little costumes (I REALLY wanted to take a few picutres XD)

Manga Club: What was I thinking?

Okay so here's how things got stared...

I THOUGHT it was be a wonderful idea to start a manga club at school. Why you ask? Because I THOUGHT I would be fun to hang out with other anime fans (we only called it the 'manga club' because there was already an anime club...no one joined that one)

I should have known they'd be a problem if I'd only payed attention to the morning announcements...later I had found out that the freshmen were the first to be able to sign up for club, which made my mind go 'NOOO!' (my friend set up the boot and whatnot without me) By the time I had gone out there at oh about 20 freshmen signed up. Now part of me was cheering "yes! Lots of members!" the other part of me was shouting 'they're all freshmen...' I really didn't mind that they were freshmen...I just feared that they'd only know one manga...Naruto...and I was right

On the first day of the club about 95% of them said that their favorite manga was Naruto. I started to ramble off a few manga titles (one of which was Death Note) and they looked at me like '....what?'

Is it wrong of me to start hating this club? I mean...all they wanna do is talk about naruto related things and every time I try to introduce something new they dislike it (it's not like I'm throwing yoai at them!)
